PTZ, lens out of control ?
Possible Reason: Signal wire is not connected correctly
Solution: Reconnect the PTZ or dome to Server.
Possible Reason: Installation of relevant decoder protocol , address or baud rate is not correct.
Solution: Check the installation is right or wrong carefully. -
Can not hear sound when surveillance ?
Possible Reason: No audio input connection

Why the device can't identify hard disk ?
a銆 Please check whether the hard disk capacity is more than 3TB, generally recommend hard drive below 3TB, Seagate brand with best compatibility.
b銆 Please check whether the hard disk is damaged, or the hard drive data cable and the power cord is connected well.
c銆丆heck whether there is a disk error, if it is a logical error, please delete the partition information after the hard drive attached to the computer or take the hard drive back to maintain and linked back to the host service, taht can be normal. If it is physically damaged, replace the hard drive.
d銆 Whether disk cartridge is good contacted. -
Why the external alarm can't work ?
a銆 After setting the DVR's recording schedule to trigger alarm recording, but still unable to record as DVR has alarm input, please check the alarm output type you connected to is consistent with your DVR, for example: alarm output type is NO (normally open), then it is necessary to set the alarm type of the DVR corresponding channel to NO, otherwise, DVR can not record.
b銆 Whether motion detection sensitivity is turned on, whether set up motion detection area.
c銆 Whether external alarm is turned on. -
NVR set the motion detection but recording invalid
Wether NVR had set to enable motion detect,
Whether recording has set to enable motion recording,
Whether IP Camera has set to enable motion detect function.

Can't add IPC to NVR
Whether NVR and IPC in the same LAN, whether IP address of NVR and IPC are in the same network segment ( such as IP address of NVR 192.168.1.18, the IP address of IPC must be 192.168.1.xxx).
After determining the above conditions, NVR supports 720P or 1080P pixel specifications of, NVR with 1080P specifications can pick IPC 2with 00W/130W/100W pixels, can not accept the IPC with higher definition tahn 300W specifications; NVR with 720P specifications can pick IPC with 130W/100W pixels , and can not accept IPC with higher specification than 200W pixels.
If these settings are correct, then it also can not display, verify whether IPC are bought from our company, if not, please provide the IPC to do compatibility with NVR. -
Why the device restart again and again after running a long time?
a銆 Please check whether there is a hard disk in cartridge. Mobile hard disk cartridge is designed for backing up data, do not use it on the host for a long time to mount as a data area.
b銆丳lease check whether the video signal is normal. -
Why the image has much water ripples, occurs distortion?
a銆 Whether the video cables short or open circuit, or is it connected to a bad case of weld and video.
b銆 The video cables suffered from strong electrical interference, video cables and high voltage cables can not be walking in the same the line, at the same time, please select shielded cable with good quality.
c銆 In the whole system, only use a single point of center device to connect to grounding, you can not use multi-point to grounding, otherwise it will cause common mode interference. Please access the screw in the rear of DVR to earth grounding.
d銆 Please check whether the monitor, the camera and wires exist the problem of aging lines. -
Why can not control PTZ ?
a銆 Please check the RS485 control cable is properly connected to the DVR.
b銆 Please check the PTZ control protocol and baud rate settings are consistent with the DVR
c銆 Please check the address code are consistent with the DVR channel settings (if not coincident, adjust address code forward or back for testing).
